A continuación expone en l. a. tercera parte l. a. subdivisión de las ciencias especulativas: matemática, ciencia de l. a. naturaleza, metafísica y lógica, según un nuevo esquema de cuatro órdenes de abstracción científica. Y por fin, en los angeles cuarta parte, estudia las subdivisiones de los angeles ciencia práctica, pasando revista tanto a las ciencias productivas ---artes, técnicas--- como a las ciencias activas o morales. Se trata de uno de los libros más sólidos y originales, y a l. a. par más clara y bellamente escritos, de los angeles filosofía española contemporánea.
