Es sind additionally neue Lösungsansätze und Ideen gefragt, um unter den gegenwärtigen Bedingungen wieder hochwertig und qualitativ pflegen zu können. In diesem Zusammenhang möchte ich auf ein Pflegeorganisationssystem, dass sogenannte fundamental Nursing eingehen, welches im angelsächsischen Raum in den sechziger Jahren entwickelt wurde und seitdem nicht nur dort, sondern auch in vielen anderen Ländern mit Erfolg praktiziert wird.
